Title: Service Desk Technician

Location: Onsite in Orange, CA

Duration: 3-month Contract (40 hours per week)

Pay Rate: $25/hr W2

Pay Period: Weekly

Benefits: Optional

Shift Times

  • Day: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM (M-F)
  • Swing: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM (M-F) and (M-W + Sat- Sun)
  • Night: 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM (M-F) AND (M + Thu-Sun)


Primary Responsibilities

  • On‑site command center/ desktop support
  • Identity/login troubleshooting during partial migrations
  • Application access issues (old vs new credentials)
  • MDM re‑enrollment support (hands‑on phone assistance)
  • Ticket triage and resolution
  • Coordination with on‑call teams when escalations occur


Baseline Skill Requirements

  • Tier 2 on‑site desktop / field services only (remote help desk does not qualify)
  • 4–6+ years hands‑on enterprise support experience
  • Active Directory experience (required)
  • Windows environment support (4+ years)
  • ServiceNow experience (preferred)
  • Healthcare experience strongly preferred
  • Comfortable with physical activity and walking
  • Flexible with non‑standard shifts
  • COVID vaccination required (unless religious/ medically exempt)
