Service Advisor

Fit Recruiting is partnering with a reputable, high-volume automotive dealership in Mobile seeking a Service Advisor to join their service team. The Service Advisor serves as the primary liaison between customers and the service department. In this role, the Service Advisor will guide customers through the service process, communicate repair recommendations clearly, and ensure a positive, efficient experience from drop-off to pick-up. Salary ranges from $55K-$80K+ yearly, based on experience and performance. Compensation structure includes bay pay + commission.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers bringing vehicles in for service
• Listen to concerns and clearly explain recommended repairs, timelines, and costs
• Open repair orders, prepare estimates, and schedule service appointments
• Communicate with technicians to provide accurate status updates
• Deliver a positive customer experience and support repeat business
