Mercedes-Benz of Anchorage is looking for a strong Service Advisor who can manage the drive, communicate clearly with guests, and keep work moving through the shop.
This role sits at the center of the operation. You control the guest experience, the repair order, and the flow between the customer and the technician. If you are organized, communicate well, and can handle a fast-paced service environment, this is a solid opportunity.

What You’ll Do
- Greet guests and perform vehicle intake
- Write and manage repair orders from start to finish
- Clearly explain maintenance and repair recommendations
- Provide accurate estimates and timelines
- Communicate with technicians on diagnostics and repair status
- Keep guests informed throughout the repair process
- Close repair orders with accuracy and professionalism
- Build long-term relationships through follow-up and trust

What We’re Looking For
- Prior Service Advisor experience a plus
- Automotive or customer service experience required
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Ability to manage multiple repair orders at once
- Professional presence and steady follow-through
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
