Server Assistant - Water's Edge Grill (Full-Time/Seasonal)

This Full-Time\Seasonal position will end October 2026.

The Buffet Attendant is responsible primarily for maintaining breakfast/buffet items. This person must have good communication skills as this is a fast-paced position with continual customer contact.

What You'll Do:

  • Set up, replenish, and maintain the breakfast buffet with fresh, appealing food and beverages.
  • Greet guests warmly, answer questions about menu items, and accommodate reasonable requests.
  • Monitor food temperatures and presentation to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
  • Keep the buffet area, dining space, and service stations clean, organized, and well-stocked.
  • Assist with brewing coffee, preparing simple hot and cold items, and restocking condiments.
  • Clear tables promptly and reset them for incoming guests.
  • Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.
  • Communicate with the kitchen and management regarding supply needs or guest feedback.
