This Full-Time\Seasonal position will end October 2026.
The Buffet Attendant is responsible primarily for maintaining breakfast/buffet items. This person must have good communication skills as this is a fast-paced position with continual customer contact.
What You'll Do:
- Set up, replenish, and maintain the breakfast buffet with fresh, appealing food and beverages.
- Greet guests warmly, answer questions about menu items, and accommodate reasonable requests.
- Monitor food temperatures and presentation to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
- Keep the buffet area, dining space, and service stations clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Assist with brewing coffee, preparing simple hot and cold items, and restocking condiments.
- Clear tables promptly and reset them for incoming guests.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.
- Communicate with the kitchen and management regarding supply needs or guest feedback.
