A leading financial services company is hiring a Senior User Researcher to join their team to support their digital product development. This 3-6 month position is based on-site in Columbus, Ohio.

Senior User Researcher Responsibilities:

• Lead qualitative and quantitative user research projects to guide product development decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify research topics aligned with business goals.
• Design and execute various user studies, including field explorations and usability testing.
• Analyze research data to develop clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Communicate research findings effectively to senior leadership and team members.

Senior User Researcher Qualifications:

• Demonstrated expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research techniques.
• Proven experience directing research efforts that impact product and business strategies.
• Skilled at translating complex data into straightforward insights.
• Excellent storytelling and presentation skills for communicating to executive audiences.
• Experience working within large, complex organizations is preferred.
