• Coordinating the end-to-end lifecycle of corporate accounts, including handling the documentation for openings, ongoing maintenance, and closures.
  
  
• Reviewing monthly bank account analysis statements to monitor service charges and identifying practical opportunities to reduce expenses and improve efficiency.
  
  
• Administering user access for our banking portals and providing hands-on support and training to colleagues to ensure secure and effective use of these tools.
  
  
• Documenting SOPs to ensure our treasury processes are transparent, consistent, and audit-ready.
  
  
• Working closely with partners in Legal, Tax, Technology, and Accounting to provide the data and support they need for successful banking operations.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

• Accounting or Finance Degree
• 3 years or more of experience in Treasury or Banking (Account Management, Cash Management, Bank Portal Management)
• Experience working remotely
