Trissential is hiring a Senior Test Lead / Test Manager to join our client’s team and take ownership of portfolio‑level quality and release readiness across a large, integrated Salesforce ecosystem. Your Role & Responsibilities
- Own portfolio‑level test planning, governance enforcement, and risk management
- Serve as the accountable authority for portfolio and release test sign‑off
- Provide oversight and direction to offshore test leads and teams (~140 resources) across multiple vendors
- Coordinate testing across concurrent initiatives and complex, multi‑release portfolios
- Act as the primary conduit for test status, quality metrics, and release risk reporting to portfolio leadership
- Partner closely with product teams, release management, architecture, and enterprise quality leadership
- Ensure system integrators adhere to enterprise testing standards, KPIs, and governance models
- Act as an escalation point for quality issues, delivery risks, and process deviations
- Drive continuous improvement in testing processes, automation strategy, and quality outcomes
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
- 10+ years of experience as a Test Lead, Test Manager, Program Test Lead, or Portfolio QA Lead
- Extensive Salesforce testing experience within large, integrated enterprise platforms
- Strong knowledge of mobile, web, and API testing across complex system landscapes
- Deep understanding of enterprise test strategies, KPIs, governance, and release readiness
- Proven experience leading large, multi‑release portfolios in matrixed environments
- Proficiency with Jira and Xray for test and requirements management
- Exceptional soft skills—strong communication, accountability, documentation, and cross‑functional collaboration
- Ability to challenge teams constructively and enforce quality standards
Tools & Technologies You’ll Work With
- Jira with Xray (test & product management)
- Automation: Playwright (web), Appium (mobile via Sauce Labs), Karate (API)
- Mobile testing via Sauce Labs
- API & backend technologies: Apigee, Informatica, ETL testing
- Salesforce (core platform and large‑scale implementations)
- Microsoft Copilot and AI‑assisted testing tools
- Exposure to AI‑assisted or modern testing practices
- Experience working in regulated industries (utilities strongly preferred)
- Prior oversight of system integrators and large offshore testing teams
- Familiarity with Tricentis testing tools
Education & Certifications You Need
- No formal education requirements
- Certifications such as ISTQB, SAFe, Agile, or Salesforce credentials are nice to have but not required
