Our client is currently seeking a Sr Recruiter to suppor thier Manufacturing Operations at multiple locations in & aroudn the Appleton / Neenah WI area. The Sr. Recruiter will be resposnsible for recruiting / hiring skilled trade, hourly, and operational talents to support workforce needs and organizational growth. This role also serves as a resource and mentor to the HR field. The Sr. Recrutier needs to have previous experience sourcing for Manufacturing positions

This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Managing the full-cycle recruitment process for hourly, skilled trade, technical, and operations-based positions across multiple sites or regions.
- Partnering with regional and site leadership teams to understand workforce needs and align recruiting priorities with operational goals.
- Designing and executing recruitment campaigns that resonate with local and regional talent pools, while coaching hiring managers on best practices.
- Screening, evaluating, and coordinating the selection and offer process for complex or hard-to-fill roles to ensure timely and effective hiring outcomes.
- Supporting and mentoring Recruiting Specialists by providing guidance on advanced sourcing, candidate assessment, and compliance with recruitment practices.
- Standardizing recruiting practices across assigned sites/regions to ensure consistent processes, compliance, and candidate experience.
- Collaborating with HR and site leadership to ensure a consistent and efficient onboarding process for new hires across multiple sites.
- Leading the development of high-volume and advanced sourcing strategies to attract diverse candidates in competitive labor markets.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Organizational Development and 4-6 years relevant experience required; or equivalent combination
- Professional Recruiter Certification (PRC) or Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) preferred
- Maintains strict confidentiality and protects privacy of confidential/sensitive information.
- Exceptional time management and organization skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously establishing priorities to meet deadlines.
- Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, and presentations) with executive leadership, staff, and internal and external clients.
- Proactive; exercises sound judgment and decision making; able to identify problems and needs and develop solutions and/or options.
