Senior Tax Manager

LHH is searching for a Tax Manager or Senior Tax Accountant in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This opportunity is with a well-established public accounting firm serving a diverse and loyal client base across New Mexico. Experience required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• CPA preferred
• 4+ years of recent public accounting experience (5+ for Manager-level consideration)
• Strong experience preparing and reviewing individual, corporate, partnership, trust, and fiduciary tax returns
• Proficiency with professional tax software (Lacerte, UltraTax, Drake, CCH, etc.)
• QuickBooks experience preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Strong interpersonal and client communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, especially during busy season

Salary Range: $100k–$160k based on experience

Hours: Monday–Friday; additional hours during peak season as needed
