LHH is looking for a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, market competitiveness, and candidate profiles
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, and other channels
• Conduct initial phone screens and evaluate candidates for skills, experience, and cultural alignment
• Coordinate interview logistics, manage candidate communication, and ensure an organized and timely hiring process
• Maintain accurate data within the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with all hiring policies
• Track recruitment metrics and recommend adjustments to improve hiring outcomes
Qualifications
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition in either corporate, agency, or blended environments
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with major job boards, ATS platforms, and professional social networks
• Ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal partners
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of employment laws and hiring compliance best practices
Preferred Skills
• Experience hiring in high-volume or specialized talent markets
• Familiarity with compensation benchmarking and offer negotiation
• Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills
• Ability to analyze recruitment data and provide insights
