Salary: $100,000 – $120,000

Location: Hartford County, CT (Hybrid)

This role offers the opportunity to join a stable organization where workforce technology is viewed as a true enabler of care delivery and operational performance—not just a back-office function. You’ll be part of a team that supports critical scheduling, timekeeping, and workforce processes across the organization.

What makes this different:

  • Real impact — Your work directly supports staffing, scheduling, and patient care.
  • Cross-functional exposure — Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and operational leaders.
  • Implementation focus — Contribute to implementations, upgrades, and platform transitions.
  • Hands-on ownership — Support configurations, integrations, testing, and issue resolution.

The Senior Systems Analyst will serve as a key partner to internal stakeholders, helping ensure workforce management systems are configured, maintained, and optimized to meet business needs. This includes supporting UKG Pro WFM and Kronos Workforce Central, troubleshooting system and interface issues, and helping drive enhancements that improve efficiency and compliance.

What you’ll be supporting:

  • UKG Pro WFM / Kronos Workforce Central administration
  • Timekeeping, Absence Management, Advanced Scheduling, and Accruals
  • System enhancements, testing, and documentation
  • Integrations and issue resolution across HRIS, payroll, and related platforms
  • Compliance, privacy, and security standards

Success in this role requires strong UKG Pro WFM experience, a solid understanding of workforce processes, and a background in implementation work. The right candidate will bring a collaborative mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Ideal experience:

  • BA/BS in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent experience (8+ years in lieu of degree)
  • 4+ years of experience with UKG Pro WFM (formerly Kronos Workforce Dimensions)
  • 2+ years of experience with Oracle HCM
  • Experience supporting system migrations or platform transitions
  • Healthcare workforce management experience
  • Certification(s) in Dell Boomi
  • Certified Workforce Management Analyst
