💼 Senior Healthcare Construction Superintendent

📍 Location: Nashville, TN area (regional projects – minimal travel required)

💰 Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 base + performance-based incentives

💪 Experience: 7+ years as a superintendent on commercial or healthcare construction projects

About the Role

Lead major healthcare construction projects from start to finish. You’ll oversee daily site operations, manage subcontractors, ensure safety and quality compliance, and keep projects on schedule and within budget. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for a proven superintendent ready to take ownership of complex healthcare builds.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong background in healthcare or commercial construction
• Skilled in scheduling, quality control, and subcontractor management
• Solid understanding of ICRA, OSHA, and building codes
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Preferred: OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR, commissioning, and ICRA experience
