Senior Superintendent | Healthcare | Dallas
We're working with a leading national General Contractor who are looking to bring on a Senior Superintendent in Dallas to support a strong pipeline of healthcare projects.
The Opportunity
You’ll be leading site operations on major healthcare builds, taking ownership of delivery from preconstruction through to closeout.
Projects are typically large-scale commercial developments ($200M+), with a strong focus on hospital construction (ground-up and major renovations).
What You’ll Be Doing
• Leading all on-site construction activities and driving project delivery
• Managing subcontractors, site teams, and overall workflow
• Owning and driving the project schedule alongside the PM team
• Running daily stand-ups, trade meetings, and OAC meetings
• Ensuring safety, quality, and site logistics are executed to a high standard
• Coordinating with owners, architects, and key stakeholders
• Supporting cost tracking, change management, and project closeout
What They’re Looking For
• 15+ years’ experience as a Superintendent with a General Contractor
• Proven track record delivering large commercial projects ($200M+)
• Healthcare / hospital construction experience (ground-up or renovation)
• Ability to lead from the front on complex builds
