Job Details
Responsibilities -
+ Lead full lifecycle of ground up projects from sitework through final completion
+ Manage field teams, subcontractors, and daily site operations
+ Drive schedule, safety, and quality across all phases
+ Coordinate closely with project management and ownership
+ Oversee tilt wall concrete scopes and large scale structural work
Qualifications -
+ 15+ years of commercial construction experience
+ Proven experience as lead Superintendent on ground up builds
+ Strong tilt wall concrete background
+ Experience in industrial or large scale commercial projects
+ Stable work history (not frequent job changes)
+ Based in or familiar with the Central Florida market
