Senior Structural Engineer : 201775

We are seeking an experienced Senior Structural Engineer to support industrial, manufacturing, and specialty chemical facility projects. This role will be responsible for designing structural systems that support process equipment, piping, electrical systems, platforms, buildings, and foundations while collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE) or related field
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required
• SE (Structural Engineer) designation preferred
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, heavy industrial, or specialty chemical projects
• Proficiency with RISA, STAAD.Pro, RAM Structural Systems, and RAM Elements
• Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks
• Strong knowledge of IBC, ASCE-7, AISC, ACI, OSHA, and ASTM standards
• Excellent communication, leadership, and technical writing skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Design structural steel, reinforced concrete, masonry, and light-gauge steel systems
• Design foundations, pipe racks, platforms, walkways, and industrial structures
• Lead and coordinate engineers, designers, and drafters
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams
• Manage project scope, risks, and technical challenges
• Support construction activities, including site visits, RFIs, and submittal reviews
• Ensure designs meet project requirements, codes, and quality standards
