The Opportunity
We are hiring Senior Software Engineers to help scale core systems from early traction to high-volume production.
You will operate across backend services, frontend applications, and real-time infrastructure. This is a high-ownership environment where engineers build, ship, and iterate on production systems end-to-end.
This role offers direct exposure to product decisions, system design, and scaling challenges.
What You’ll Do
• Build backend systems using Python
• Develop frontend applications using React and TypeScript
• Design and maintain APIs supporting real-time workflows
• Work on low-latency systems handling live interactions
• Build and scale data pipelines and internal tooling
• Own features end-to-end, i.e., design, implementation, deployment, iteration
• Make architectural decisions balancing performance and scalability
• Collaborate with product and leadership to ship high-impact features
Core Requirements
• 6+ years of experience building production software
• Strong backend experience (Python preferred)
• Frontend experience with React and TypeScript
• Experience building and consuming APIs
• Strong fundamentals in data structures, systems, and networking
• Experience operating in high-ownership or fast-paced environments
• Ability to work onsite in NYC 5 days per week

• Experience in early-stage or high-growth environments
• Experience building real-time or distributed systems
• Exposure to AI-driven or automation-focused products
• Experience scaling systems under increasing load
