I’m hiring for a Senior Rust Software Engineer to join a team building high-performance, production-grade systems where Rust is the core language.
This isn’t a “we’re experimenting with Rust” role - it’s deeply embedded in the stack and used to solve real, complex engineering problems.
What you’ll be doing:
• Building low-latency, high-throughput systems
• Working on performance-critical backend infrastructure
• Writing safe, efficient, production-grade Rust
• Contributing to system design and architecture
What I’m looking for:
• Strong experience using Rust in production
• Background in systems or backend engineering
• Solid understanding of concurrency, memory, and performance
• Engineers who care about clean, reliable code
Nice to have:
• Experience with C/C++/Go
• Distributed systems or cloud infrastructure exposure
