Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic outreach efforts
  • Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers, HR professionals, and executive-level decision-makers
  • Conduct client meetings to assess hiring needs and present customized staffing and recruiting solutions
  • Negotiate service agreements and close new business opportunities
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts while identifying opportunities for expansion
  • Partner with recruiting teams to ensure successful placements and exceptional client experiences
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and consistently achieve activity, revenue, and growth goals
  • Stay current on market trends, hiring challenges, and industry developments


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in sales or business development within staffing or recruiting industries.
  • Demonstrated success in generating new business and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong ability to build credibility and relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and highly goal-oriented
  • Experience using CRM systems and managing a sales pipeline
