This is a very exciting time for the HATCh team, with limitless possibilities and creativity at the forefront of launching two new projects at our agency within the US landscape.


The Sr. Account Executive is responsible for leveraging their expertise and relationships in the contemporary market. The ideal candidate will possess the proven knowledge to execute sales strategy with a keen ability to drive sales and disrupt the status quo in our wholesale business. This person will be launching two very exciting new launches within the market. These launches are backed by seasoned industry expertise and are growing quickly. This person will also handle another project within the agency totalling 2-3 brands. We are a small team and work very closely together on all day to day activites!


  • Translate weekly selling reports into user-friendly formats and make compelling recommendations to the buying teams
  • Utilize confident communication and presentation skills including strong negotiation & persuasion skills
  • Develop accurate forecasts on a timely basis and track and interpret past and present sales trends in order to forecast the future
  • Stay abreast of industry fashion trends with expert knowledge of the women's better contemporary RTW markets
  • Manage existing business by driving performance, re-orders, managing risk and liability, and analyzing customer business opportunities
  • Work closely and cross-functionally with product, production, and account services teams
  • Prospecting new buisness
  • Excel at internal and external communications to support alignment and decision-making

  • Maintain a deep understanding of each brand’s voice, audience, and competitive landscape



Qualifications/Experience We're Looking For


  • At least six (6) years of proven sales success as an account executive for women’s and/or Men's contemporary brands with exceptional store relationships.
  • Ability to challenge others and bring the best out in the team
  • Flexibility to conduct domestic business travel as needed to support assigned accounts as well flexibility to visit stores on the road to open new business.
  • Proficiency using MS Office software applications required
  • Excellent influencing and verbal communication skills with the ability to establish cross-functional multilevel relationships
  • Superior retail math skills
  • Self-motivation with a strong sense of personal accountability
  • Bachelor's Degree

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $100,00-$120,000. Ranges are based on various factors such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure. In addition to the base salary, HATCh offers commission paid out monthly.
