Position Description
The Sr. Recruiting Assistant plays a supportive role in the recruitment process, assisting both the recruitment team and candidates. This position involves handling various administrative tasks that contribute to the search for and acquisition of new talent. By helping to schedule interviews, supporting communication efforts, and assisting with candidate data management, the Sr. Recruiting Assistant contributes to the efficiency of the recruitment cycle. Their efforts help create positive experiences for candidates and provide valuable support to recruiters, allowing them to focus more on evaluating applicants. This role supports the organization's goal of attracting qualified talent.

Anticipated starting salary is in range commensurate with education and experience:
$50,000 - $54,000
