Senior Real Estate Paralegal

Trueline's client, a growing boutique commercial real estate law firm, is seeking a Senior Real Estate Paralegal - Title Specialist to join their team in Southern California (Los Angeles or San Diego preferred). This is a high-impact role focused on title and survey review, supporting complex transactions in a collaborative, fully remote environment with strong team connectivity.

What You'll Do as the Senior Real Estate Paralegal:

• Review and analyze title reports, commitments, and surveys for commercial real estate transactions
• Identify and resolve title issues, exceptions, and risks
• Support attorneys through due diligence, closing, and post-closing processes
• Coordinate with title companies, lenders, and opposing counsel
• Manage multiple transactions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain organized transaction records and documentation

Must-Haves as the Senior Real Estate Paralegal:

• 7+ years of transactional real estate paralegal experience in California
• Deep expertise in title and survey review, including ALTA and CLTA endorsements
• Background with a well-regarded law firm or real estate practice
• Strong understanding of commercial real estate transactions and financing structures
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Nice-to-Haves as the Senior Real Estate Paralegal:

• Experience working on high-volume, complex commercial transactions
• Prior experience in a remote or distributed team environment
• Exposure to purchase, sale, and loan transactions across asset types
