Background Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in manufacturing Quality within automotive
• Experience supporting OEM customers

Job Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary quality liaison between customers, suppliers, and internal teams for assigned programs
• Lead new product quality activities including prototype reviews, pre-production trials, and launch support
• Manage customer systems (Toyota, GM, Ford, etc.) and track program quality metrics and issues
• Drive supplier quality readiness, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Coordinate cross-functional and global teams to resolve quality concerns and ensure program success
