Construction Project Manager – Developer

Top National Owner-builder with a focus on the acquisition, development, and construction of market-rate mixed-use and multifamily projects. We are searching for a Project Manager with strong commercial ground-up experience to join the team in Delray Beach and work on a 150M new, ground-up mixed-use project. Work very closely with the internal development team. Opportunity to move over from the 3rd-party GC side and work as the owner. Strong support team in place.
B.S. in Construction Management or Civil Engineering degree is required
7+yrs. Commercial construction experience - ground-up preferred
Experienced in buy-outs, scopes of work, scheduling, and vendor selection
150-175K base salary range, annual performance bonus and full benefits.
