Senior Project Manager

Stelvio are working with a a leading EPC contractor specialising in renewable energy projects across the United States. With a strong track record delivering ground-mounted solar and battery energy storage systems, they focus on building long-term partnerships and delivering high-quality infrastructure that supports the energy transition.


You’ll be joining a growing organisation where collaboration, accountability, and strong relationships sit at the core of how projects are delivered.


In this role, you will act as a key point of contact across the full EPC lifecycle, working closely with clients, subcontractors, and consultants while leading multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities


  • Manage projects from preconstruction handover through to completion
  • Review drawings and specifications, defining subcontractor scopes of work
  • Develop, maintain, and drive project schedules
  • Oversee project budgets, financial reporting, and cost tracking
  • Lead client, subcontractor, and consultant meetings, maintaining strong working relationships
  • Ensure quality assurance and quality control standards are met
  • Enforce safety protocols across project teams
  • Prepare and manage subcontractor agreements and vendor contracts
  • Coordinate OAC meetings and maintain alignment on schedule and budget
  • Manage change orders, value engineering, and cost reconciliations
  • Track project progress and report updates to internal stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate project documentation throughout delivery
  • Support contract negotiations and risk evaluation
  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to junior project management staff


Qualifications

  • 10+ years’ experience in construction project management
  • Experience within renewable energy or utility-scale solar is beneficial
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and cost management
  • Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Project, Word, and Excel
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
  • Comfortable adapting to changing priorities and project demands
