  • Support the development, execution, review, and approval of project documentation in accordance with site and corporate quality requirements.
  • Serve as a primary interface between internal stakeholders and external partners to drive clear communication, timely issue resolution, and project alignment.
  • Provide strong leadership to cross-functional teams, ensuring accountability, effective collaboration, and delivery of project milestones.
  • Maintain thorough project documentation and reporting to support audits, inspections, and internal governance requirements.
  • Contribute to the successful startup, remediation, or expansion of facilities and capital programs by applying best practices in project management and quality compliance.

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage external contractors effectively.
  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Ability to operate independently and provide consistent onsite engagement throughout critical project phases.
  • Experience with project management in contexts involving CMC, cleanroom environments, and quality management systems.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Ability to commute regularly within the greater Seattle, WA area or strong willingness to be onsite for extended periods.
