$145,000 to $175,000 base salary + bonus + vehicle allowance
We are partnered with a leading $600M Design Build Contractor based in Schaumburg that is looking to add a Senior Project Manager to its growing team.
The company has built an excellent reputation for delivering complex projects across commercial, light industrial, healthcare, education, multifamily and mixed use sectors. The Senior Project Manager will take ownership of projects from preconstruction through closeout while working closely with internal design, estimating and field teams. Projects typically range from $10M to $75M in value.
The Opportunity
• Lead high profile projects across a variety of sectors
• Manage projects from preconstruction through final closeout
• Work within a fully integrated Design Build model
• Partner closely with internal architecture, engineering, estimating and field teams
• Mentor Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers
• Build long term relationships with clients and subcontractor partners
• Clear path toward a Project Executive position as the business continues to grow
Compensation and Benefits
• $145,000 to $175,000 base salary

Ideal Background
• At least 8 years of construction experience
• Experience delivering commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, multifamily or mixed use projects
• Strong understanding of project budgets, schedules, subcontractor management and client communication
• Proven ability to lead projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field preferred
