Project Manager / Estimator

Location: California

SALARY

$90,000-$130,000 per year + Bonus

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

My client is searching for a Project Manager/ Estimator with a great understanding of the Drywall industry. The Project Manager/ Estimator will be responsible for conducting multiple tasks in unison, including overlooking cooperative team communication, calculating software methods, as well as complying with project timing and budget restrictions.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Drywall Experience
• Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
• Able to read and understand construction drawings, project schedules and structural specification sheets.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in this or similar role
