Due to continued project growth, they are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead major electrical construction projects from preconstruction through final turnover. This role will be responsible for managing project financial performance, maintaining strong client relationships, and coordinating closely with field leadership to ensure successful project execution.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead full lifecycle management of major electrical construction projects from preconstruction through final turnover
  • Maintain overall responsibility for project financial performance, including cost tracking, forecasting, and risk management
  • Manage owner relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for project communication and issue resolution
  • Oversee contract management, change order negotiation, and subcontractor and vendor performance
  • Partner with field leadership to align schedule, manpower planning, and project execution strategy
  • Lead project buyout strategy and procurement planning for major equipment and subcontract scopes
  • Review and approve project schedules, budgets, and project execution plans
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to protect cost and schedule
  • Support business development efforts, including client relationship building and pursuit strategy input
  • Mentor and develop Project Managers, Project Engineers, and emerging leaders


Qualifications:


  • 10+ years of electrical construction project management experience
  • Experience managing large commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or infrastructure electrical projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts, project financials, and cost control processes
  • Proven track record managing large project budgets and complex client relationships
  • Strong leadership and team development experience
  • Experience with construction management software and scheduling platforms preferred
