Job DescriptionAbbVie's in-house Advertising Agency, A3 is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead overall project implementation and optimize development with stakeholders in multiple functional areas both inside and outside of the group.
The successful candidate will oversee multiple projects (high volume), ensuring they are delivered on time (rapid pace), within scope, and on budget, while driving innovation and strategic growth. Success in this role requires a change agent who is passionate, with high energy, and is results-oriented with a creative and analytical mind. Expert knowledge developing a diverse set of advertising tactics (print, digital) preferred. Ability to quickly adapt to and use advanced project management tools and processes is desirable. Individuals should have the ability to manage critical situations and high communication skills (written & verbal).
This position will lead a therapeutic area product portfolio with assets in market and indications planned for launch leveraging Project Management processes and methodology and software platforms (Kantata, Workfront) within A3 to partner with other PMs and ensure consistency across the team, with an eye toward overall A3 processes and resources allocation for efficiency across the full A3 team.
This is a hybrid position and requires the ability to commute to our Mettawa, IL office at least 3 days per week.
