This is a key leadership position for someone with a strong background delivering healthcare or hospital renovation construction projects in occupied healthcare facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading projects from preconstruction through closeout, managing client relationships, coordinating internal teams, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standar

• cts.Manage projects from preconstruction, estimating, procurement, and buyout through construction and close
• out.Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and financial report
• ing.Act as the main point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and internal te
• ams.Work closely with Superintendents to ensure field operations align with schedule, budget, safety, and quality requireme
• nts.Lead project meetings and provide clear updates on progress, risks, cost impacts, and schedule chan
• ges.Manage subcontractor performance, scope coordination, procurement timelines, and contract complia
• nce.Identify project risks early and develop proactive solutions to keep projects moving forw
• ard.Ensure all work is completed in accordance with healthcare-specific requirements, infection control standards, life safety, phasing, and occupied facility protoc

Require

• mentsProven experience as Project Manager or Senior Project Manager with a General Contra
• ctor.Minimum 5 years delivering healthcare construction projects, including hospitals, medical office buildings, clinics, surgical centers, laboratories, or occupied healthcare environm
• ents.Experience managing projects from preconstruction through final clos
• eout.Strong understanding of construction contracts, project financials, scheduling, subcontractor management, procurement, and change manage
• ment.Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in fast-paced, technical construction environm
• ents.Experience working on occupied healthcare facilities, phased renovations, AHCA-related projects, or infection control-sensitive environments is highly desir
• able.Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and client-facing sk
• ills.Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar platf
• orms.Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field prefe
