We are assisting a general contractor specializing in ground up multifamily projects in their search for a Senior Project Manager. Leads projects from preconstruction through closeout, driving schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction across all phases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of multifamily construction projects from planning through delivery
- Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and risk to ensure successful project outcomes
- Lead project teams, including project managers, engineers, and field staff
- Coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, and subcontractors
- Drive preconstruction efforts including estimating, value engineering, and procurement strategy
- Monitor project performance, cost control, and forecasting
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and quality requirements
- Resolve complex project challenges proactively and maintain strong client relationships
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing multifamily construction projects (ground-up preferred)
- Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and cost control
- Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Proficient in construction management software and scheduling tools
- Delivers high-quality multifamily developments on time and within budget while building strong teams and lasting client partnerships.
