Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our team in an on-site, full-time capacity at our Chicago, IL office. The Senior Project Manager will lead and oversee complex projects, ensuring timely and successful execution while maintaining quality standards. The role involves managing project plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, monitoring project performance, and addressing challenges with effective solutions. The candidate will also ensure alignment with client expectations and compliance within regulated industry guidelines.


Qualifications

  • Strong skills and experience in Project Management, including planning, execution, and team coordination
  • Must have Big-4 Accounting experience (Deloitte, EY, PwC, KPMG)
  • Expertise in Expediting and Expeditor practices to streamline workflows and ensure timely project completion
  • Knowledge of Inspection and quality assurance processes to maintain high standards
  • Proficiency in Logistics Management to oversee efficient resource allocation and delivery
  • Excellent problem-solving and leadership abilities
  • Strong communication and organizational skills to manage client relationships and cross-functional teams
  • Experience in regulated industries or familiarity with compliance requirements is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
