Senior Project Manager (Enterprise Performance Manager)

Optomi, in partnership with a leading entertainment company, is looking for a Project Manager – Enterprise Performance Management to join their team in Burbank, CA.

Position Summary: The Project Manager - EPM will lead the coordination, direction, and management of complex IT projects aimed at transforming the Budgeting & Financial Planning/Forecasting processes and systems. This strategic initiative involves replacing multiple legacy processes with a single Oracle-based finance platform for consistent reporting and corporate-level visibility. The role demands overseeing multiple project teams, ensuring successful delivery of Enterprise Technology services that align with organizational objectives.

What the responsibilities are of the right candidate:

• Oversee the planning and execution of large-scale, complex implementation projects.
• Collaborate closely with business partners, technology partners, and delivery managers.
• Lead project planning, establish key performance indicators, and track project health and status.
• Manage Risks, Actions, Issues and Decisions (RAID), ensuring resolution with project teams.
• Communicate successes using metrics/KPIs to illustrate the business value of IT solutions.
