Senior Project Manager – High-Visibility Construction Program
Location: Macon, GA (Onsite)
A growing, highly respected project management firm is seeking a Senior Project Manager to play a key leadership role on a complex, community-impacting construction initiative.
This position offers the opportunity to operate on the owner’s side of the table, driving coordination, accountability, budget, and schedule across architects, contractors, and stakeholders—without direct contractor liability. You’ll serve as the technical backbone and strategic partner to executive leadership while helping deliver a marquee project with significant visibility and long-term growth potential.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead preconstruction and construction coordination across all project stakeholders
• Ensure alignment on scope, budget, schedule, and quality
• Build and support high-performing project teams with appropriate onsite presence
• Communicate project status, risks, and solutions to senior leadership and clients
• Contribute to client relationships and future business development efforts
Qualifications
• 10+ years of project management experience in commercial, industrial, mechanical, or process construction (15+ preferred)
• Experience delivering $20M+ projects using Design-Build and/or CMAR delivery
• Background in complex facility or arena-type construction environments
• Proven leadership of project teams and strong stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
