Senior Project Coordinator

Position Summary

Supports enterprise Fleet operations through administrative and accounting activities, including fleet data management and reporting, asset and VIN tracking, documentation and compliance record generation, and cross-functional support for project teams, finance, and operations.

Position Details

• Administration of the Samsara platform
• Monthly fleet billing reconciliation and variance analysis
• Development and maintenance of standardized fleet best practice guides and procedures
• Fleet team support –assistmanagement as needed with remote office support.
• Proficient in project tracking and workflow management platforms such as Asana to manage fleet initiatives, track deployment progress, and drive alignment across operations, safety, and finance teams.
• Coordination and execution of biannual in-person fleet team meetings, and support ofadditionalfleet operations initiatives asrequired.
• Various other tasks as required by the project team.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (AA) preferred or applicable experience
• 2-4 years of experience
• Strong organizational skills witha high levelof attention to detail.
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to analyze and resolve issues
• Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
