The team leads strategic initiatives to deter fraud, block counterfeit activity, and uphold ecosystem integrity through upstream enforcement and cross-functional collaboration. This enables a more precise and scalable response to threats across Adobe’s ecosystem.
Position Summary
The Program Manager will lead and coordinate strategic initiatives across the Consumer Trust Organization. This six-month contract role is focused on programmatic strategy, automation, and portfolio optimization across fraud and consumer trust programs. The Program Manager will be responsible for executing high-impact initiatives, supporting upstream enforcement strategies, and managing projects that enable scale, automation, and infrastructure for fraud and safety detection systems.
Key Responsibilities
Lead portfolio management across fraud and consumer trust programs, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and strategic themes.
Drive automation and optimization strategies to improve program efficiency and impact.
Coordinate planning, budgeting, and resource allocation across the Consumer Trust portfolio.
Facilitate collaboration across internal stakeholders including Legal, Security, Privacy, Platform Engineering, Product Hardening, and Corporate Communications.
Develop reporting frameworks and dashboards to track program performance and surface insights.
