Senior Production Coordinator

The Senior Production Coordinator will serve as direct support to brand manager with all day to day system maintenance. They will assist in daily management to production process (ex. email correspondence with overseas trading office, in regards to all aspects of production, costing, delivery accelerations/delays, etc.). Strong Microsoft Excel skills are required.

This position will report to the Director of Production from our Greenwich, CT headquarters on a hybrid schedule - 3 days in office/2 days remote.

Responsibilities:

• Lead U.S. pricing negotiations and confirmations to adhere to margin objectives. Collaborate with INTL & EU Senior production coordinator to ensure alignment across all business channels.
• Assist in setting target prices using competitive styles based on product details and material costs.
• Confirm deliveries in a timely manner for all projections received
• Communicate with sales to ensure buys are placed correctly with the factories.
• Manage and respond to shipping and logistics inquiries.
• Generate and provide requested reports for Sales to support their initiatives and inquiries
• Crosstrain in international processes to provide coverage and support during PTO.
• Partner with Uruguay (production coordinator) to answer any questions or issues that may arise

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups)
• Exceptional interpersonal communication and organization skills; team-oriented
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Extreme attention to detail
• Willing to take initiative and exercise strong problem solving skills
• Self-motivated with strong follow-up and completion skills
• 2-4 years relevant experience
• Knowledge of Blue Cherry ERP Software preferred
