Senior / Product Manager, Value-Based Care | New York (Hybrid)

A Series C HealthTech company is hiring a PM to own key components of their value-based care platform. Their technology sits inside the clinical workflow, connecting payers, providers, and EHRs at the point of care, delivering AI-powered intelligence without disrupting how clinicians work.

The Role

You'll lead discovery and delivery for AI-powered and automation heavy workflows, owning the roadmap and working directly with payer and provider partners to validate real-world solutions. This is an end-to-end product role requiring strong systems thinking, engineering fluency, and the ability to operate across complex multi-stakeholder environments.

What They're Looking For

• 3 to 7 years of product management experience in US healthcare, building complex B2B SaaS products
• Experience with AI, automation, decision support, or ML-enabled features is essential
• Comfortable in data-heavy domains such as claims, eligibility, quality measures, or performance analytics
• Strong engineering fluency, able to reason about APIs, data flows, and system architecture
• Clear communicator who can bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Healthcare, VBC, or EHR experience preferred
• Bonus: experience with FHIR, HL7, or enterprise integrations

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary $140,000 to $185,000 depending on experience
