This is not a maintenance role. This is a ground-floor product leadership position. Youll operate as a foundational product leader, directly shaping how Muse builds, prioritizes, and ships product. You will own a significant portion of the platform and help define the standards, systems, and culture of the product organization from day one.You are expected to combine product judgment, execution rigor, and AI leverage to move faster than traditional SaaS teams.What Youll Own End-to-end ownership of a core product domain (e.g., ticketing, CRM, POS, fundraising & event management) Product strategy and prioritization tied to measurable business outcomes Spec quality: Engineering builds directly from your work AI-enabled product development workflows Cross-functional execution with engineering, design, and leadershipWhat Youll Do Own outcomes, not output: Ship product that measurably improves revenue, conversion, operational efficiency, or staff workflows. Set direction and make tradeoffs: Act as a product leaderprioritize decisively, with strong judgment under uncertainty. Write high-fidelity specs: Clear acceptance criteria, edge cases, data model implications, and rollout plansminimal ambiguity. Operate with AI as a force multiplier: Use AI daily to prototype, write, analyze, and accelerate execution. You are accountable for the output quality. Maintain tight feedback loops: Continuously triage customer issues, feature requests, and internal inputs with discipline.
