RESPONSIBILITIES
This role will be responsible for managing a number of projects, including:
A cross-functional, strategic initiative (known internally as “Polaris”) to improve performance by building data & analytics products and integrating Polaris analytics into decision-making processes / technologies
Further developing Inspire’s existing enterprise data platform to meet the majority of the Commercial Services organization’s data & analytics needs (including ad-hoc analyses, reporting, dashboarding, etc.)
Further developing Inspire’s existing enterprise data platform to incorporate needs outside of Commercial Services, such as HR and Finance
Enhancing Inspire’s enterprise data platform to enable advanced pricing & revenue management capabilities within Commercial Services
Hire, develop and retain a Product team that delivers value and whose members are recognized as top performers
Manage delivery of Inspire’s enterprise portfolio of data & analytics projects against a defined roadmap and set of strategic goals/deliverables
Engage senior Brand stakeholders to understand high-level business needs, ensure we are adhering to agreed-upon scope and delivering on expectations for value creation
Lead a team of Product Managers and Product Owners to build data products, including: Developing a product backlog of features, user stories and acceptance criteria and working with Inspire’s Enterprise Data team to develop our data platform
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to embed Polaris analytics into business decision-making processes and/or Inspire technology platforms, realize value from Polaris investments
Synchronize data products with other major programs, such as Marketing Technology and Digital Platforms; work with our Finance partners to estimate and propose funding packages.
Identify and manage dependencies across other major business/technology initiatives at Inspire
Prepare major program presentations, including roadmap and funding proposals, across the organization including the CEO and other senior executives across Inspire
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION
Minimum: 4 year Degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Economics, Finance, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, etc.)
Preferred: MBA or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field
Minimum: 9-12 years experience in strategy, data & analytics, or related functions; experience leading cross-functional projects and engaging with senior stakeholders
Preferred: Experience in management consulting; experience working in a Product role with technically oriented data professionals to deliver data & analytics products for internal users

Understands business principles and strategy, and possesses strong analytical skills
Ability to collect and synthesize information, making it relevant, understandable, and actionable for key stakeholders

Effectively interact at all levels of the organization across multiple functional areas
Excellent writing, presentation, project management and strong influencing skills
Interest in the restaurant industry and desire to train in our restaurants to learn operations, and a strong desire to help shape the future at Inspire Brands
Work laterally across the organization to resolve conflicts, drive synchronization and communication
Mentor and develop a team of Director and Manager level product managers
