WHAT’S BREWING IN THIS ROLE…

The Senior Procurement Manager is responsible for managing sourcing, purchasing, and supplier relationships for categories such as kitchen equipment, smallware’s, fabrication, construction materials, lighting, signs, and store-level services. This role plays a key part in ensuring supply continuity, cost efficiency, and quality across all new stand spend categories, supporting both new stand development and ongoing operations.


THE FLAVOR YOU ADD...

  • Manage all kitchen equipment, smallware’s, and equipment service and parts programs.
  • Lead equipment innovation and rollouts
  • Partner with Construction, Operations, and cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with business objectives.
  • Support new store openings, remodels, and other development projects through proactive procurement planning and execution.
  • Oversee supplier performance in terms of service quality, cost competitiveness, on-time delivery, and compliance with standards.
  • Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and escalate issues as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Foster strategic supplier partnerships to drive innovation, cost savings, and operational excellence.
  • Identify, analyze, and develop a robust supplier base to ensure efficient and reliable supply of materials and services.


MUST-HAVE INGREDIENTS...

  • 5+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or category management
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in procurement systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
