I am looking to hire a full-time Process Technician for a reputable manufacturing company here in Mukwonago, WI (53149). The role will be permanent and is looking to interview/start right away!

Pay: $35-45/hr + Unlimited OT+ $5000 Retention Bonus
Schedule: 2-2-3 shift (1st and 3rd shift openings)
Location: Mukwonago, WI (53149)

Responsibilities:
- Setup and troubleshooting of injection molding machines and related equipment.
- Use of O.P.M. 20 system to troubleshoot process problems
- Documentation of any changes.
- Use of production process change form if the adjustments that need to be made go outside the upper of lower control limits.
- Work with the process Engineer to establish the process control limits.
- Communicate any process changes to the operator/inspector so they can perform any inspection per I.S.O. requirements.
- Communicate the status of the machines and process’s to the supervisor
Must Haves:
- 2-5 years of work experience and knowledge of plastic and plastic processing.
- Knowledge of how an injection-molding machine works.
- Understand and have good knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics and electronics
- Any certifications (RJG, Routsis, Pauson, AIM, preferred)
