We are seeking a Senior Process Technician to support pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. This role involves executing production processes, ensuring compliance with GMP standards, and troubleshooting equipment and process-related issues on the manufacturing floor.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Execute manufacturing processes using bioreactors, filtration systems, autoclaves, and chromatography equipment
• Follow SOPs and ensure compliance with GMP regulations
• Perform troubleshooting for process deviations and equipment issues
• Maintain accurate batch records and documentation
• Support validation, commissioning, and audit readiness activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement
🔹 Must-Have Skills
• Experience in pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
• Hands-on experience with bioprocess equipment (bioreactors, filtration, UF/DF, chromatography)
• Experience with SOP execution and documentation
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
🔹 Nice to Have
• Experience with SAP, LIMS, MES, or similar systems
• Exposure to validation, CAPA, or quality systems
