What You’ll Do

As a pivotal member of the engineering team, you will:

  • Lead & Innovate: Serve as the technical lead for process equipment, minimizing manufacturing events and enhancing safety standards.
  • Solve Complex Puzzles: Independently troubleshoot equipment to find the root cause of failures and implement lasting CAPAs.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with MS&T, Facilities, and Quality Assurance to ensure seamless integration of new technologies.
  • Own the Process: Manage assets through CMMS, maintain engineering turnover packages, and drive medium-to-large projects with minimal supervision.
  • Support the Mission: Provide guidance and training on new techniques and ensure 100% compliance with GxP regulations.


What You’ll Bring to the Table

  • Education: BS or MS in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years in Facilities, Engineering, or Operations (GMP experience is a huge plus!).
  • The Mindset: You are self-directed, analytical, and an excellent communicator. You don’t just find a "fix"—you find the true root cause.
  • The Technical Edge: Familiarity with equipment like Mix Skids, Bioreactors, CIP, or Packaging lines and a comfort level with technical writing and statistical analysis.
