Direct Hire Senior Process Coordinator helps improve and support manufacturing operations by enhancing efficiency, quality, safety, and overall performance near Madison, IN and Milton, KY location.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of manufacturing experience
- Experience supporting daily production activities and resolving process issues
- Ability to analyze workflows and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Experience with continuous improvement initiatives
- Skilled in interpreting production data to improve efficiency and reduce waste
- Experience implementing process improvements to increase throughput and enhance OEE
- Knowledge of key manufacturing metrics (output, scrap, downtime, OEE, labor efficiency)
- Experience creating performance reports and dashboards
- Ability to coordinate process changes across departments
- Experience supporting new product launches or manufacturing transitions
Preferred
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen
- Background in automotive lighting or coatings/paint systems
- Experience working with production, engineering, quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily manufacturing activities to meet production and quality targets
- Monitor workflows to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
- Ensure SOPs are followed and updated
- Support teams in resolving equipment or process interruptions
- Lead or assist with continuous improvement initiatives
- Analyze production data to optimize processes and reduce waste
- Implement improvements to increase throughput and improve OEE
- Collaborate across departments to support operational goals
- Assist with new product introductions and process transitions
- Communicate and document process changes
- Track and analyze key manufacturing metrics
- Develop reports and dashboards to share performance trends
