Senior Process Engineer (Manufacturing & Packaging – OSD/OTC)

We are seeking a seasoned, hands-on Senior Process Engineer to support both manufacturing and packaging operations at our client’s facility. This role is highly floor-oriented and requires close collaboration with operators to troubleshoot issues in real time, stabilize processes, and ensure consistent product quality in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide on-the-floor process engineering support across manufacturing and packaging operations
Troubleshoot process issues in real time alongside operators and production teams
Drive process stabilization and continuous improvement initiatives
Support validation activities, including process validation, equipment qualification, and change control
Lead or contribute to investigations, root cause analysis, and CAPA implementation
Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements
Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Validation, and Operations teams
Assist with scale-up, tech transfer, and process optimization activities as needed

Required Qualifications

7–10+ years of experience in process engineering within a regulated (GMP) environment
Mandatory experience with OTC powders and/or oral solid dose (OSD) products — candidates without this experience will not be considered
Strong hands-on, floor-based experience supporting production teams
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing/process issues in real time
Experience supporting both manufacturing and packaging operations
Solid understanding of validation, change control, and regulatory compliance
