Senior Process Engineer : 201773

We are seeking an experienced Senior Process Engineer to support the design and execution of industrial, manufacturing, and specialty chemical projects. This role will lead process design efforts, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and deliver high-quality engineering solutions from concept through construction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering (or Mechanical Engineering with relevant process engineering experience)
• 15+ years of process engineering experience in the A/E industry
• Experience supporting specialty chemical, heavy industrial, or manufacturing projects
• Strong knowledge of process design, PFDs, P&IDs, hydraulic calculations, heat and material balances, and equipment selection
• Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks coordination
• PE license preferred
• Strong communication, technical writing, and organizational skills
• Ability to travel to client sites as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop process systems from concept through implementation
• Prepare process engineering deliverables including PFDs, P&IDs, calculations, and equipment specifications
• Lead and coordinate engineers, designers, and drafters on project teams
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and vendors
• Manage scope changes, project risks, and technical challenges
• Support construction activities including site visits, RFIs, and submittal reviews
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and meet quality standards
