Join us as the Senior Portfolio Industrial & Launch Manager in a pivotal leadership role where you will manage a portfolio of programs that drive business growth in the North American region. Reporting directly to the NAM VP of CS&Q - Programs, for Home Solutions, you will be an essential thought partner in steering the direction of our growth strategies. Main Responsibilities 

  • Manage a portfolio of programs for the NAM Home Solutions business, working with engineering, quality, supply chain, GSC/Operations, business development, and marketing to drive business P&L.
  • Work with various scrum masters and program managers regarding the execution of individual programs.
  • Own the program business case – ensure cost, budget and margin deliverables.
  • Drive Time To Market – ensure ontime delivery/program launch.
  • Identify and drive strategic initiatives that redefine customer value creation. This includes revitalizing our existing offers, introducing new ways of working, and delivering a cost effective product that enables business growth through competitive advantage.
  • Drive, lead, manage strategic and complex product / design transformations.
  • Coach and mentor scrum masters and program managers.
  • Ensure seamless collaboration and execution of transformative projects that align with our strategic priorities.
  • Nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure engagement and delivery of the transformation.
  • Manages budgets, allocation, KPIs and reporting with support of team members.

Role requirements 

  • 7-10 years of program management experience (10+ preferred)
  • Experience launching large scale programs ($10M of investment +)
  • PMP certified preferred
  • Experience in cross-functional roles such as engineering, operations, sales preferred
  • Proven ability to solve complex issues, and demonstrate agility to consistently achieve results
  • Proficiency in creating impactful presentations and distilling complex information into actionable insights
  • Proven Risk Management skills
  • Financial acumen preferred
  • Proven ability to manage or influence remote team members across diverse time zones
  • Strong capability to challenge and engage in constructive debates with peers
  • Self-starter with a robust work ethic and a drive for excellence
  • Able to rapidly analyze data, generate insights and present to senior leaders (SVP+)
  • Accountable for hiring, training and development of the resources

Travel: ~20% (mostly domestic)
