Senior Piping Engineer : 201776

We are seeking an experienced Senior Piping Engineer to lead piping design and engineering efforts for chemical process and industrial facility projects. This role will be responsible for piping system design, stress analysis, project leadership, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.

Qualifications:

• Professional Engineer (PE) license required
• 10–20 years of piping engineering/design experience in the chemical process industry
• Experience with pipe stress analysis using CAESAR II
• Proficiency with CADWorx Plant Professional and ISOGEN
• Experience with AutoCAD Plant 3D and PDMS preferred
• Strong knowledge of P&IDs, piping specifications, and plant design standards
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead piping engineering and design activities for industrial projects
• Perform pipe stress evaluations and system analysis
• Design piping systems using P&IDs, specifications, and plant standards
• Manage scope, schedule, and budget for assigned projects
• Lead and mentor engineers and designers
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams
• Conduct field investigations and site visits as needed
• Support projects across multiple office locations
