How you’ll make an impact in this roleClinical and Quality Support: Acquire clinical data to support Pharmacists and participate in quality and performance improvement initiatives.
Operational Oversight and Auditing: Responsible for auditing, quality assurance sign-off with barcode scanning, controlled substance oversight, and coordinating special projects.
Billing and Compliance: Manage billing, including Long Term Care (LTC) billing and Medicare D claim adjudication. May monitor compliance with regulatory standards.
Technology and Automation: Serve as a resource for automation technology, including training and involvement with IV workflow, carousels, Pyxis, automated dispensing cabinets, troubleshooting, compounding, and robotics.
Inventory Management: Responsible for inventory and drug shortage management and optimization.
Training: Provide advanced cross-training for dedicated buyers, staff, operating room satellite, and retail personnel.

Pharmacy technician experience required.
